Description
Buy your package in advance and you'll be the first to receive the photos, in addition to paying less for it! With the advance package, you guarantee all your high-resolution photos at the event at a discount and you still start receiving the photos before the event is available. Attention: - Before downloading you need to send a photo for facial recognition and take effect on the package.- Access the My Orders section on our website or the Fotop app and enter this number to receive your photos.

Transfer your photos directly through the app, in addition, in your registered email, you will be notified when your photos are available for download.
The photos may be submitted up to 3 days after the publication of the event, in high resolution digital format (3,000 pixels on the largest side). As long as they have photographers uploading the photos
.Search for facial recognition to find all your photos and by dorsal when visible.
The minimum number of photos guaranteed in the package is 10 photos per athlete.
After entering the number, the package becomes personal and non-transferable.
If you find photos of yourself among the unidentified files, you must contact sac@fotop.pt, stating the code of the photo (s) (located below the photo) within 7 days after the event in order for your request to be reprocessed.
If you wish to cancel the order, the request must be made up to 3 days in advance of the event through the email sac@fotop.pt. There will be no cancellation after this period.
If you don't have the minimum quantity of 10 photos offered, you can request a refund up to 30 days after the event through sac@fotop.pt and enter the order number. Refund requests will not be accepted after this period
